Barratt Kennett
As the driving force behind the mission of Cheat Code, Barratt has taken his vast experience and passion and channelled them into the growth of the team and its members - challenging the status quo of business and success education with real, practical opportunities in a community that genuinely cares about each other.
Barratt is an award winning CEO and entrepreneur, a two-time Australian Champion MMA fighter, a professional speaker and coach, and author of the best-selling book "Leadership in Sales: 4 Simple Steps for More Sales, More Scale, and More Success." He prides himself on his open-door policy, willingly providing a direct line of communication and mentorship to every member of the team, regardless of large the company is growing.

Rory Hannagan
Rory, once the fastest-promoted Executive Manager in Cheat Code history and holder of numerous company sales records, is a testament to what the company is all about. He started from an entry level position and within three years become a senior partner within the organisation.
Rory is known for his empathetic and motivational leadership style, creating high standards and a winning culture within his teams. As a leader, he leads from the front, never hesitating to get his hands dirty alongside his team. Together with Barratt, Rory is on a mission to disrupt the direct sales industry.

Zach Eather
Responsible for talent acquisition, as well as managing our Brisbane team, Zach specialises in creating tight-knit team culture, and ensuring the alignment of values across the entire company.
Zach’s passion is helping others achieve their potential, using the framework of the 'Hero's Journey' as inspiration. Alongside his career as a successful musician, he has committed his life to inspiring others through both music and sales coaching.

Patrick Carmody
Patrick began his career in direct sales six years ago in Brisbane, quickly making his mark in the industry with his leadership and ability to drive growth. After successfully leading the expansion to the Sunshine Coast, he was entrusted with Cheat Code’s move into the New Zealand market, where he now oversees the Auckland operations.
Patrick’s hands-on leadership style and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in establishing Cheat Code’s presence in new territories. His focus on team development, paired with his strategic vision, ensures that his teams not only meet but exceed their goals. He is passionate about mentoring new talent and fostering an environment where hard work and determination translate into real success.

With over several years of experience in sales and marketing, Courtney helps turn data into clear, actionable insights that shape the company's sales strategies. With a knack for data visualisation and reporting, Courtney supports the team in making smarter decisions and driving growth for Cheat Code and its clients. She is also responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with our clients, making sure communication runs smoothly, and expectations are exceeded.
