The goal is 2,000 empowered and valued staff across 4 countries, creating $1 billion of sales revenue for our clients. The mission underneath it is simpler: build the best personal development avenue in the world for people with an above-average desire to succeed — and give those who show up hungry a real shot at the next level, not just a job.

One of the things that's common across all of our divisions is our focus on growth and education. So most days will begin with team training where we can get everyone's skills sharp and get them motivated and fired up for the day. Most of our operations are face-to-face sales, so the selling days will be out of the office either canvassing or sitting appointments with clients. We put a lot of focus on culture, so we try to not ever let people have the same day twice. You will usually have a teammate to work with to bounce off of throughout the day. Happy sales people tend make more sales so it works out better for everyone when we do this.
We normally decide that after the interview process is complete. This is determined by a few factors, including which aligns best with the goals of each candidate (for example some value growth potential over purely making high commissions, some want a bit of both, etc), and where we think you will perform best based on your strengths and level of sales experience. At present we currently have positions available in solar, lotteries, roof restoration, fundraising, remote closing and energy.
Kind of yes, kind of no. Our whole thing is about providing high level people with the opportunity to unlock their potential, but that does require some degree of commitment, ambition and effort If you're someone who's looking for something cushy with lots of work/life balance where you aren't really challenged much, you will hate this job. But if you're competitive, you enjoy learning and levelling up, you are easily obsessed, and you can banter without getting your feelings hurt, this will be the best job you' ve ever had.
Yes, you get paid a daily base rate and get commissions on top. That said, some people do get paid more than others. That's because those people are better at making sales. That's the beauty of commissions. If you put the effort in outside of working hours to improve your sales skills (using the considerable training resources and mentors we provide), and you put the effort in during working hours; then you will make more money than the people who don't do those things. If that idea is not exciting to you, then this is probably not the right industry for you.
