One office, one campaign, no safety net. Everything the company runs on now — the training system, the promotion structure, the culture — was built here first and rolled out to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Auckland and Tauranga.

It's still our largest team and our head office, and it's where most of our leadership came up through the ranks.
